How to return a product and what are the return conditions?
It is necessary to inform us that you wish to return one or more products within 14 days from the day after receipt of the product, by following the following steps:
– Proceed by sending a return request email to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
– You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your return request.
– All you have to do is send us the product! Prepare the product package by also inserting the unused labels, its labels and any accessories included. If you have chosen to return the product via our courier, please provide your availability when you collect the package.
– If you have chosen another courier, contact them to return the product and make sure there will be a way to track the product in case of any problem.
– You will receive a refund confirmation email once the return has been validated by INTERWORLD and the refund has been made.
Please note that returned products must have been purchased from barbaravee.com. They must be new, unused and accompanied by the original tags and accessories. Documents and various labels must also be returned. INTERWORLD reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet these conditions.

How long do I have to return a product?
For any product purchased from barbaravee.com, you will have a period of 14 days from the day after receiving the product to notify us that you wish to return it by following the procedure described above. Once this period has elapsed, INTERWORLD reserves the right to refuse the return.
Returns are free if you choose to return the products with our courier following the return procedure described on this page.
However, if you choose to return your products with another carrier or not follow the procedure, all return costs are at your expense.
When and how will i be refunded?
INTERWORLD reimburses the returned product after receipt of the product and validation of its compliance with the procedure described on this page by our quality service, maximum 7 days after receipt of the product. The time it takes to see the refund depends on the agreements with your credit card partners. The amount of the returned product will be credited with the same payment method used for the purchase.
If a promotional code is used, INTERWORLD refunds the amount paid with the reduction of the promotional code.
